‘Vendor Of The Year’ & 2 additional awards for MARMOURIS S.A. at the Interiors Awards 2026
editAt a glamorous INTERIORS AWARDS 2026 ceremony by BOUSSIAS Events, MARMOURIS S.A. managed to secure three awards: the ‘Vendor of the Year 2026’, one GOLD, and one SILVER.
For the 5th consecutive year, projects by clients and partners implemented using materials from MARMOURIS S.A. managed to secure high distinctions and stand out among numerous nominations, proving the consistency and timeless value of the quality solutions the company offers.
On a festive evening filled with enthusiastic public participation and hundreds of companies operating in architectural projects, the joint Interiors Awards 2026 ceremony took place on June 16th at Anais Club.
The ceremony was attended by 400 professionals from the fields of interior architecture, interior design, and lighting design from all over Greece.
Through a different ‘narrative’, the event highlighted not only the winners of the Exteriors and Interiors Awards 2026, but also the people behind the projects, dozens of unique and diverse approaches to design, spaces, materials, uses, and the overall experience produced by each architectural work. Central concepts were the ‘section’—a section that does not divide but reveals, a section that connects—and the architectural intent, through which design ultimately generates meaning, as well as the ‘system’, encompassing not just the spatial element but also the web of relationships that govern and are born from it.
The winners were awarded across categories covering everything from architecture to specialized lighting applications and construction innovation.
In detail, the Awards won by MARMOURIS S.A.:
Vendor of the Year 2026 – Top award at the Interiors Awards 2026 (Awards of the Year), presented to nominees who have achieved the highest cumulative score from their winning nominations across the competition categories.
GOLD AWARD in category 1.13. Material-lead Project MARMOURIS S.A. | HANEX by Hyundai L&C, DTC | MP SPARCH ARCHITECTS, Morfo Papanikolaou (architectural study) for the project ‘Ophthalmica Ophthalmology Center with HANEX & DTC‘.
The Ophthalmica Institute represents a modern architectural proposal that redefines healthcare spaces, combining aesthetic balance, functionality, and human-centric design. Utilizing a bioclimatic approach, high accessibility, and smart management systems, the 4,000 sq.m. building supports optimal patient flow and advanced medical operations. A decisive role in the interior design is played by the certified HANEX solid surfaces by Hyundai L&C and the award-winning DTC furniture mechanisms, in collaboration with MARMOURIS S.A., showcasing a model of sustainable and innovative design for the future.
SILVER AWARD in category 1.13. Material-lead Project MARMOURIS S.A. | INFINITY SURFACES | Bantis Architects for the project ‘OSCAR OLYMPIC HOTEL with Infinity Porcelain Slabs, Thessaloniki’.
The Oscar Olympic Hotel is a prime example of the modern rebirth of a historic building, where urban aesthetics, functionality, and the hospitality experience coexist harmoniously. The renovation repositions the hotel within the urban fabric of Thessaloniki, upgrading it into a benchmark for city hospitality. A decisive role in shaping its identity is played by the use of large Infinity porcelain surfaces in the entrance, reception, and bathrooms, supplied by MARMOURIS S.A., lending timeless luxury, durability, and high aesthetics to a modern hospitality space.
The Exteriors and Interiors Awards together constitute a new and upgraded institution that creates a comprehensive ecosystem of distinctions, highlighting built environment projects from multiple perspectives and in their entirety.
