Product Return Procedure
Dear Partners,
As part of the modernization of our services and to better serve our partners, we are introducing a new Product Return Procedure (RMA), effective from 01/11/2020.
Benefits of the new procedure:
- Faster service
- Confirmation of receipt of the return request
- Tracking of the request status and credit issuance
- Avoidance of unnecessary transportation costs and wasted time
- Improved quality of services thanks to better company organization
Procedure Description:
- Fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, which you can find on our website, or download it in Excel or PDF format.
- Send the completed form by email to rma@marmouris.gr.
- Our Returns Department reviews the request, records all approved products in the system, and issues the official RMA approval document.
- The partner receives an email with a copy of the RMA approval document.
Completion of the Process:
- The partner packages the products, issues a Delivery Note, and attaches the approved RMA form received by email (the carrier will not accept returns without the RMA approval form).
- Upon arrival of the products at our warehouse, they are inspected, and the corresponding return document and customer credit note are issued.
To ensure your request is processed and approved as quickly as possible, please:
- Fill in the form correctly, providing all the requested details to easily locate your purchase and ensure proper communication with you.
- Package the products securely to avoid damage during transport. All accessories and attachments must be included, the factory packaging must remain unopened and undamaged, and no stickers (prices, labels, etc.) should be attached to the packaging.
- Ensure the purchase date does not exceed 30 days.
