SAMSUNG IREX

Samsung Precision Ind. Co. Ltd. was founded by chairman Mr Pyo in 1979. He pioneered furniture components and started the industry with the first hinge mechanisms in Korea. His inventions became so successful that the business was catapulted and became the fastest growing company and won awards in Korea. In 1995 the "IREX" brand was introduced by Samsung Precision.

After it being inherited by his son, Mr Jin-Ho, he took over the business in 2009 after the global recession and successfully ran the company while others failed and closed down.
