{"id":119398,"date":"2025-10-06T14:01:49","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T14:01:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marmouris.gr\/product-return-procedure\/"},"modified":"2025-10-06T14:06:05","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T14:06:05","slug":"rma","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/marmouris.gr\/en\/rma\/","title":{"rendered":"Product Return Procedure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear Partners,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the modernization of our services and to better serve our partners, we are introducing a new <strong>Product Return Procedure (RMA)<\/strong>, effective from <strong>01\/11\/2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Benefits of the new procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faster service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation of receipt of the return request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking of the request status and credit issuance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoidance of unnecessary transportation costs and wasted time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved quality of services thanks to better company organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procedure Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill in the <strong>Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form<\/strong>, which you can find on our website, or download it in <a href=\"https:\/\/marmouris.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/RMA-form-en.xls\">Excel<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/marmouris.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/RMA-form-en.pdf\">PDF<\/a> format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the completed form by email to <strong>rma@marmouris.gr<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our Returns Department reviews the request, records all approved products in the system, and issues the official <strong>RMA approval document<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The partner receives an email with a copy of the RMA approval document.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Completion of the Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The partner packages the products, issues a Delivery Note, and attaches the approved RMA form received by email (<strong>the carrier will not accept returns without the RMA approval form<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon arrival of the products at our warehouse, they are inspected, and the corresponding return document and customer credit note are issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To ensure your request is processed and approved as quickly as possible, please:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill in the form correctly, providing all the requested details to easily locate your purchase and ensure proper communication with you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Package the products securely to avoid damage during transport.
